Goodbye 2010 Hello 2011

We’re only couple of hrs from 2011! I think that 2011 is going to be a thrilling year for (haute) horlogerie. This Year, we’ve seen lots of new watches which were really using this world, like the Structure by Jean Dunand, the Rebellion T-1000 and Max Busser’s HM No.4. Besides these, we’ve seen re-incarnations of classic watches like the Rolex watch Explorer in 39mm, the Bulova Accutron Spaceview and also the Glycine Airman Base 22. And my way through between obviously. My pal Frank Geelen of Monochrome did a pleasant write-on the very best watches of 2010 and that i totally accept his selection of watches.

So, what’s going to 2011 bring us? We’ve seen some good previews for that SIHH2011 already, such as the Tribute to 1931 Reverso by Jaeger-LeCoultre for instance.
